Challenge:

The sales team at Ready Player Me manually evaluated hundreds of incoming leads weekly, spending over 6 hours per week filtering through potential customers. This was inefficient, time-consuming, and left room for human error.

Solution:

We developed and implemented an AI-powered lead scoring model within their CRM (HubSpot). The system automatically assigns a “deal score value” from 0 to 100, helping the sales team prioritize high-value leads instantly.
